About Ani
A space to return to breath, balance and presence.
My Story
After more than fifteen years working internationally in design, entrepreneurship and creative environments, I chose to dedicate myself to Qi Gong and energy harmonisation. My own path brought me through periods of stress, overwork, emotional imbalance and disconnection from myself. Through Qi Gong, guided breathing and energetic practices, I gradually rediscovered grounding, clarity and a deeper sense of presence. Today, I offer a gentle and supportive space for people who wish to reconnect with themselves, regulate emotions and navigate life transitions with more balance.
My Intention
My work combines Qi Gong, guided breathing, grounding practices and energy harmonisation.
I support people experiencing stress, emotional overload, major life changes, burnout, separation, retirement, grief, relocation or simply the feeling of being disconnected from themselves.
Sessions are gentle, progressive and adapted to each person’s rhythm.
“The intention is not performance, but presence.”
A Continuing Journey
I have trained internationally in Qi Gong across Vietnam, Thailand, and China, where I studied traditional Qi Gong practices deeply rooted in the meridian system, organ health, emotional balance, and energy flow.
My training also includes the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including the meridian system, acupoints, yin and yang theory, and the understanding of the human being as a bridge between Heaven and Earth within Daoist philosophy. This approach supports the integration of energy flow and healing through breath, movement, and meridian work.
In parallel, my energy healing work began in Vietnam and continues under the guidance of my master in the USA. This practice emphasizes energy harmonization, chakra balancing, and emotional release, and I continue to deepen my studies while teaching and offering healing sessions.
My background also includes rhythmic gymnastics, dance, and visual design, all of which influence my approach to body awareness, rhythm, creativity, and presence.
“I believe that returning to ourselves is often the first step toward healing, clarity and transformation.”
