Qi Gong
Gentle movement, conscious breathing and Daoist practices to cultivate balance, vitality and presence.
What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that has evolved over centuries, shaped by various philosophical, spiritual, martial and therapeutic traditions, including Daoist, Buddhist and Confucian teachings. Today, it is considered one of the pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
My teaching is primarily rooted in the Daoist Therapeutic Qi Gong tradition and guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It embraces an approach that views the body, mind and Qi as one inseparable whole.
Through regular practice, Qi Gong helps improve body awareness, mobility, balance and posture while calming the nervous system and supporting emotional well-being.
My teaching integrates several traditional Daoist systems, including Five Elements Qi Gong, Five Animals Qi Gong, Eight Trigrams Organ Qi Gong and Meridian Qi Gong, allowing each class to offer a rich and varied experience.
Suitable for all ages and levels, Qi Gong invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and cultivate greater presence in everyday life.
Benefits of Qi Gong
Regular practice of Qi Gong may support:
Better posture, flexibility and balance
Improved breathing and body awareness
Greater relaxation and stress management
Increased vitality and energy circulation
Better concentration and mental clarity
Improved mobility and coordination
Emotional balance and resilience

Qi Gong is not about performance or achieving perfect movements. It is a gentle practice that helps cultivate harmony between the body, the breath and the mind, allowing Qi to flow more freely and naturally.

My Intention
My intention is to offer more than a movement practice.

Whether you come to improve your mobility, develop your practice, manage stress, restore your energy or simply take time for yourself, each class is adapted to the needs and rhythm of the participants.
I believe that Qi Gong is not about performance or perfection, but about creating a space where movement, breath and awareness come together naturally. Over time, this practice can help cultivate greater balance, vitality and inner calm.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, experience or physical condition.
The intention is not performance, but presence.
